Eric is a solutions architect, mentor, and storyteller with over three decades of experience leading digital transformation across manufacturing and commerce.
Eric’s cutting-edge technology experience spans semiconductor equipment manufacturing (Applied Materials), nanotechnology, solar, industrial automation, and digital thread technologies.
He has come full circle, applying Digital Thread applications such as Digital Twin and Agentic AI to advance complex manufacturing operations, Sales OPS, and Service which deliver profitability to the boardroom.
His career journey from Silicon Valley to Sweet Home Chicago includes guiding world-class brands like Applied Materials, New Balance, Milwaukee Tool, Estee Lauder, and Lincoln Electric through modernization efforts that align engineering, manufacturing, sales, and service. He brings a rare combination of technical depth and human insight, helping teams translate innovation into measurable results.
Before launching Owl E Moments, Eric served as a Business Solutions Architect at Inriver and a strategic partner to firms like OmegaPoint and RenderDraw, bridging Digital Twin technology with Salesforce and CPQ ecosystems to drive ROI.
Today, Eric’s passion is mentoring the next generation of solution leaders and empowering manufacturers to see their data, people, and customers in a whole new light.
